Forget passion, focus on process

This is an older article, and many of you may have seen it already, but it’s still worth sharing. We have all heard the old tune about following your passions in the creative fields, and although to some degree I absolutely agree (we need passion in our work), I’ve found that I also resonate with Matt Linderman’s take on how to apply that passion to your work. As he states so well, “It’s about redefining passion. Instead of working with a thing you love, think about how to work in a way you love.”
